Installment payments are offered by our partner, PayPal. In addition to secure, instant payments through your own PayPal account, PayPal offers a simple installment payment option. During checkout, select the installment payment option in your PayPal account, and you can easily and conveniently pay the invoice amount in twelve monthly installments. This service is available for orders ranging from €199.00 to a maximum of €5,000.00.*

Questions about shipping

Our shipping costs are fairly priced and transparent for our customers. For orders up to €80.00, we charge €7.90 per order; for orders of €80.01 or more, we offer free shipping to end customers.

Our logistics partner is DHL.

For orders placed from outside the U.S., shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during the ordering process in our online store.

Since 95% of shipments within Germany are delivered by DHL within 24 hours, we do not offer express shipping. Another advantage of DHL is that they also deliver on Saturdays.

Yes, our shipping partner, DHL, reliably delivers our packages Monday through Saturday. For orders placed by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 95% of packages are delivered on Saturday.

Questions about delivery

For orders from Germany, we ship the items the same day if the order is received by 3:30 p.m. Delivery via DHL usually takes one business day. Shipping to the German islands usually takes two to three business days.

For orders from other European countries, we cannot provide a definitive estimate of delivery time. Delivery time depends on the geographic location of the recipient’s address and the national shipping carrier.

Yes, all of our packages are insured against loss.
