In this area, our customers’ initial ideas and sketches take shape. We create the necessary files and manufacture prototypes with the utmost precision using a wide variety of materials. These include various plastics from our 3D printers, a wide range of aluminum alloys, as well as structural and stainless steel.

At 3P Pedalo Power Parts, prototyping is a crucial step between the technical concept and subsequent production. Especially with vehicle-specific components, accessory solutions, or custom-made parts, it is often only when installed on the vehicle that it becomes clear whether form, function, fastening, and assembly truly align.

Components manufactured on one of our in-house 3D printers are cost-effective and can be easily modified as needed. Adjustments can be made quickly, allowing us to immediately verify the results for fit, function, and installation compatibility.

This workflow allows us to quickly assess, together with our customers, whether a component meets the desired requirements. This is particularly helpful when an initial sketch is to be developed into a technical concept, a functional prototype, or later a near-production component.

If the prototype meets our customer’s specifications, we provide the necessary files for production. Upon request, we can also handle series production or connect you with reliable service providers.
